To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Goimagine to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, if your payment has processed (excluding account numbers or payment type) , and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of card boxes coffee mug racks & shelves, for example), if you contact me directly.

Please read listing descriptions in their entirety, size etc. All of our photos represent a likeness of what you are ordering, not exactly what you are purchasing. With all of our items (with the exceptions of a few) you get to choose the size, personalization, colors and your personal customization of sayings to be engraved, sublimated or vinyl on your items. Processing Times

We start processing orders as soon as they are received, but because each order is a custom order, please allow 8-10 Business Days to complete your order and then 3-7 Days for mail carrier to deliver your item.
